Celebrity adoptions gone crazy? OK, I am going to thread carefully here. I don't want to sound racist because I am not. I commend any person who wants to adopt a child anywhere in the world. I just want to focus my attention that Madonna is following a suit of celebrity figures that have talked about or have adopted children in Africa. Now, while adopting a kid in Africa is commendable, I have a problem with it if this is just a freaking fad. These kids are not fashion accessories.
Taking them away from Africa to tote them around Beverly Hills like new handbags is just wrong.
Do you imagine the kid growing up like that? I do and it doesn't look pretty.
